JALAPEÑO YOGURT CHEESE
NACHOS WITH JALEPEÑO CHEESE
Salsa:
1 16 oz. Can crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced red pepper nacho chips
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro chopped |
1 cup shredded Jalapeno Yogurt Cheese
fresh jalapeno peppers sliced |
1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill before serving.
2. On a heatproof serving dish arrange nacho chips. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place under broiler to melt cheese.
3. Top with sliced jalapeno peppers serve with bowl of salsa.
